At Motek in Stuttgart, Hepco will be exhibiting both its 1-Trak system and the GFX guidance system for the Beckhoff XTS (eXtended Transport System), which allows carrier plates, so-called movers, to be controlled individually.

The 1-Trak system frees machine builders from almost all spatial limitations, as it can be built in almost any conceivable two-dimensional shape, the company promises. In its GFX system version, adapted to the Beckhoff XTS, there are various possibilities for creative process optimization. For example, time-consuming processes in a production cell can be duplicated and set in parallel. This means that an overall faster throughput time can be achieved than would have been the case with normal sequenced processes. as
