Available in sizes 12 to 40, the segmented ball bushings with plastic housings have proven themselves in a wide variety of application scenarios thanks to their high quality, variance and availability. The spectrum ranges from factory automation to the production and packaging of consumer goods and semiconductor manufacturing. Other areas of application include simple handling tasks or feeding systems in machine tools.

In many cases, the increase in the load rating enables a smaller size while maintaining the same requirements. Downsizing reduces system costs, saves installation space and reduces weight.

Other strengths of the ball bushing guideways include their smooth running, low susceptibility to dirt and easy cleaning. In addition, numerous applications benefit from the high degree of freedom in the circumferential direction. Thanks to the self-supporting design, the ball bushing does not have to rest on a surface and can therefore also be used as a column guide, for example.
