Welding system
TIG welding with cobots
Lorch presents a TIG welding solution with a Cobot. The system consists of a Cobot UR 10, the Cobotronic software, a welding system including a high-performance torch as well as additional accessories and a safety package.
The welding system is equipped with a high-frequency pulse process up to 20 kHz. In addition, the ignition properties of the power source have been improved for automated use. The cobot-optimized torch holder guarantees smooth torch guidance and ensures reproducible path accuracy. Welding tasks in the thin sheet range can be welded with and without filler metal. An automated cold wire feeder can be integrated into the Cobot Welding Package as an option.
