With the Ratiosolid connector, Manfred Teufel has developed what it claims is the most resilient profile connector available on the market.
The component is easy to install and compatible with the profiles of the market leaders. The elimination of the centering pin simplifies pre-assembly. The two fixing screws can be fitted in a single operation. The pre-assembled screws are captive in the cross hole. Centering in the cross hole of the profile bar is achieved by two centering knobs arranged on the connector.
When installing the sliding block in the groove of the profile rod, it can be fastened in advance without tools using a centering bolt. Neither the screw nor the connector need to be held in place by hand when installing the profile bars. Screwing in the screws of the connector is made easier as the screw bolts are positioned precisely over the threaded holes of the connector thanks to the centering.
Subsequent movement of the profile bars in the assembled state is possible with the screws loosened, without the fastening screws moving out of the slots in the connector at the side. The slots in the connector are closed at the front, preventing the two fastening screws from moving out. The hole diameter is 17 millimetres and the hole spacing is 22.5 millimetres. as
