With triple display support and support for numerous new interfaces, the updated embedded board is suitable for applications that place high demands on graphics and require fast WLAN. The low energy consumption enables fanless designs.

The new version offers high WLAN speeds with the Intel Wireless Access Point. This is integrated into the M.2 Key E slot via the Intel CNVi interface. Additional M.2 slots can be used to expand the SSD memory. In addition, the upgraded board offers interfaces for fast data transfer between memory and mass storage as well as peripheral devices. The board also supports two fast DDR4 SO-DIMM memory sockets for up to 64 GB, a high-speed SATA 3.0 socket and M.2 expansion slots.
