Cable aperture with brush strip
The new KDR-BES-U from Icotek is a cable aperture with brush strip for the base of the enclosure.
It was developed for individual cut-outs on the control cabinet, IT cabinet or in the machine wall. The system is available with a brush depth of 50 millimetres and complements the existing 35 millimetre version. The cable aperture can also be mounted at a 90-degree angle on folded sheet metal. The enclosure base entry is suitable for sheet thicknesses of 1.5 to two millimetres or 2.5 to three millimetres.
The brush can be removed from the aluminum profile at any time and reassembled to any other mounting variant. The KDR-BES-U brush strip can be adapted to almost all standard base plates from various enclosure manufacturers. This means that the new enclosure base entry is also compatible with the latest enclosures, such as the Rittal VX25.
The base plates supplied by the enclosure manufacturer do not need to be replaced, but are used to mount the brush strip. The mounting variant can be changed by the user at any time. Individual lengths are available up to a maximum of 1,500 millimetres. as
