The demand for systems that simultaneously meet the growing requirements of networking and safety remains high in the industry. With coordinated software and hardware components, Jetter offers a basis for automation solutions. For example, the Jetcontrol 440 EXT controller is already able to establish secure connections to and from cloud applications as standard. The controller also has a license model that allows users to easily define and expand the range of functions individually.

Software and applications are crucial
"Powerful hardware is one thing," emphasizes Steffen Schwips, Head of Innovation Management, "but the key lies in the intelligent integration and connection of our software and in coordinating the application with the customer." Industry- and system-specific software libraries make it easier to set up machines and systems. These already map the majority of machine functions. "This reduces the development time and also speeds up the final setup of the systems - these are tangible competitive advantages," emphasizes Schwips. The Automation Dashboard also supports the plant or machine user: it enables the individual display of key production figures and process data. Jetter will be demonstrating the performance of the cloud-based module at the trade fair stand.

In addition to the software modules, Jetter will be presenting a selection of industrial automation solutions for the handling and assembly as well as filling and packaging sectors: tailored systems comprising control, drive and visualization will be on display.

Another focus of the automation specialist is mobile automation. The Ludwigsburg-based company will be showcasing automation solutions for agricultural machinery attachments and municipal vehicles.

In the field of control cabinet construction, Jetter takes care of the entire project planning, from the assembly of all components in its own production facilities to installation and commissioning at the customer's premises.
