Prints even at sub-zero temperatures

Thermal printing expert Seiko is expanding its mobile printer family with the MP-B30, a new 3" model.

The MP-B30 follows the MP-B20 (2") and MP-A40 (4") models from Seiko Instruments. It is an 80-millimeter thermobond printer that is also suitable for harsh working conditions. It can withstand a drop height of up to 1.80 meters, operates at temperatures from minus 20 to 50 degrees Celsius and has an IP54 degree of protection. At the same time, the MP-B30 offers a compact and lightweight design weighing just 395 grams with battery.

Print speeds of up to 127 millimetres per second support the fast processing of text, barcodes, QR codes or graphics. These features make it suitable for a wide range of applications, for example in retail, warehousing, hospitality or public transport, and connectivity options include BT, Wi-Fi and USB. A simple BT connection is supported via NFC. Accessories such as a charging cradle or car charger are optionally available. as
