Bluhm Systeme at the all about automation 2026
Labeling systems for industrial automation
From March 10 to 11, 2026, Bluhm Systeme will be presenting the latest marking systems with labels, ink and lasers for industrial automation at all about automation. The company is using the regional trade fair for industrial automation, robotics and digitalization in Friedrichshafen to present practical solutions for the automatic marking of products, packaging and pallets. The focus is on efficient, resource-saving coding and labelling processes that can be used to sustainably optimize production processes.
Labeling for robust industrial processes
The "Legi-Air 4050E" applies labels precisely, even with high throughput and harsh production conditions. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be individually configured. This is an advantage for machine and plant engineering, where flexible application positions and robust components are required.
Inkjet printing with high precision
With print heights of up to 25.4 mm, the "Markoprint X1JET LX Ultra" produces variable direct prints on parts, packaging or components.
The system is suitable for fast production lines as well as for changing product formats and supports quality management with high-resolution markings.
Large character printing as a label alternative for logistics and production scenarios
The "Markoprint integra Singular 108" thermal inkjet printer will be presented for high-contrast printing on absorbent materials such as cardboard and paperboard. The system achieves offset-free large character printing and prints texts, barcodes and 2D codes in high resolution on the surface. Thanks to the triple cascading capability, even complex print images with a total height of up to 324 mm can be implemented. Water-based inks are used, which enable clean and environmentally friendly printing results. The printer therefore offers an alternative to labeling, particularly in the shipping and packaging sector.
Laser marking without consumables
The powerful "Lightworx fiber laser" creates abrasion-resistant, permanent markings.
This is an important criterion for components in the automotive sector, for example, where they have to withstand high loads. As a stand-alone solution, the Lightworx is ideal for getting started with automatic laser marking.
Partner for integrators
Bluhm Systeme's marking technology is designed to meet the requirements of machine builders and system integrators. Thanks to their modular and compact design, the systems can be flexibly integrated into machine concepts and robotics solutions. Industry 4.0 interfaces ensure communication with higher-level control systems, while maintenance-friendly designs reduce integration costs. Despite advances in automation, the focus is on the user: intuitive user interfaces and simple maintenance ensure straightforward and user-friendly operation.
The company will be represented in Hall B2, Stand 112.
