Sheet metal processing needs reliable marking for its processes. The systems from Rea Elektronik work even in the most adverse environments and on difficult surfaces. The systems from the Rea Jet product line will be on display at Blechexpo 2023.

The small character inkjet printer Rea Jet SC 2.0 with CIJ technology, for example, prints on smooth and non-absorbent metallic surfaces - even in hard-to-reach places. It is the most compact system in its class, with the smallest font and a vertical resolution of 48 pixels for up to eight lines, it prints in all languages and with all international character sets.

The Rea Jet HR high-resolution inkjet printer eliminates the need for labeling metal components and the associated logistics and warehousing. Using "wet-on-wet" technology, it labels difficult-to-mark, smooth, metallic substrates inline with the shortest possible drying time. Its double print head applies an ink layer in a single step and immediately writes machine-readable codes or plain text in black or colored ink before both dry together.

Also on show at Blechexpo will be the Rea Jet HR Lube for the high-resolution application of oil-free lubricants using a cartridge system and the large character inkjet printer Rea Jet Dod, also for lubricant applications. The Rea Jet ST marking technology solutions enable precise marking of metallic surfaces with paints and lacquers. All Rea Jet marking solutions can be controlled using the Titan platform operating concept.
