Collaborative colleague for small series
With the new Motoman solution Weld4Me, Yaskawa offers metalworking companies a solution for entering the world of robotics.
Weld4Me is a combination of a collaborative robot and a simple user interface. Using manual guidance of the Motoman HC10DT IP67 collaborative robot, new welding positions can be easily approached and programmed on the simplified "Welding Wizard" user interface. Once the program has been created, the robot path can be checked again in a dry run before the robot starts its welding work. Teaching in complex programming environments is no longer necessary, leaving more time for the actual welding process.
This solution is particularly suitable for small batch sizes and a wide variety of products, as it minimizes the time required to change over to a new part. The collaborative robot is suitable for MIG/MAG welding and is protected against welding spatter in the production process with IP67 class. Thanks to integrated torque sensors, the HC10DT IP67 works directly with the employee as a welding colleague without a safety fence, enabling direct integration into existing production systems with a small footprint.
The Yaskawa solution can be customized with suitable welding packages from Fronius and other manufacturers as well as other accessories for your specific application. as
