HBi Robotics focuses on the flexible feeding, loading and unloading of machine tools. In addition to standardized automation solutions, the company develops solutions for special manufacturing and processing tasks, such as palletizing impact-sensitive turned parts.
For this and other palletizing tasks, the manufacturer integrates customer trays up to a size of 600 x 400 millimetres. The required processes also include cleaning and measuring the machined turned parts and subsequent quality assurance. Another detail in the automation process is the return of measured values to the machine. If the system detects recurring errors, the machining process can be adjusted automatically. The machine "learns" from errors and corrects them itself. For marking and labeling the finished parts, HBi Robotics uses laser, needle and inkjet systems to meet the special requirements of various industries. sw
