Designed with four cutting edges, the inserts are suitable for producing 60° partial profile external threads with a pitch range of 0.5 to 3.0 mm.

The MX system is suitable for all materials and enables grooving widths from 0.8 to 3.25 mm and grooving depths of up to 6 mm. The insert seat design was created in such a way that the insert presses against the contact points through self-aligning, tangential clamping when the screw is tightened. ag
