Mapal's management team broadens its base

Mapal has expanded its management team to five members, including Jacek Kruszynski, the new CTO, and Siegfried Wendel, the new CSO.

Among other things,Mapal has used the past few months to realign its organization. The new alignment focuses even more strongly on Mapal's core processes and key topics. As a result, Mapal's management team has grown from three to five members. In addition to the Managing Partner and the previous members Dr. Ralf Herkenhoff and Dr. Michael Fried, Siegfried Wendel (62) and Jacek Kruszynski (58) have been members of the Executive Board since October 1, 2020.

After more than 40 years at Mapal and a long membership of the extended management team, Siegfried Wendel has been appointed Chief Sales Officer (CSO). He is responsible for global sales and the individual sales channels.

Jacek Kruszynski, who has been a member of Mapal's extended management team since January 2020, has been the new Chief Technical Officer (CTO) since October 1. He is responsible for product and market segment management as well as research and development.

Dr. Jochen Kress is convinced that this has laid the foundation for the company's secure future: "The new structure will help us to meet customer and market requirements even better."
