Horn at the EMO Hannover 2025

Paul Horn shows pure machining in Hanover. Four machines, four exciting components, various tool solutions - live in action under cutting conditions throughout the trade fair.

Also on show will be the DMU65mB from DMG, an Index G220, a Citizen L12 and a Grob G150, as well as numerous exhibits, tool solutions and the 2025 innovations. In addition to live machining, Horn will be presenting numerous innovations, including the Mini system with chip form geometry. The sintered I-geometry is particularly aimed at machining materials with poor chip formation properties. It is suitable for copy turning, longitudinal turning, reverse turning and face turning.

The tool system with geometry shows its strengths in chip control, particularly with small infeeds in steel and stainless steels. This leads to greater process stability and a longer tool life in use.
