Automatically create chamfers on components

At Euroblech, Trumpf is launching a machine that automatically prepares components for welding. The TruLaser Series 3000 Bevel Cut Edition can produce beveled edges (chamfers) on the edges of the component during cutting.

This ensures optimum preparation of the welding edges. The TruLaser Series 3000 Bevel Cut Edition can apply bevels to sheets of up to 25 mm. The machine can also handle complex bevel geometries. The solution is particularly suitable for mild steel and stainless steel. All Trumpf functions for laser cutting are available for 2D processing of components without bevels, such as Highspeed Eco to reduce gas consumption, FlexLine for reliable processing of different material grades or EdgeLine Bevel for rounding the top edges of sheet metal.
