Processing without vibration

Big Daishowa introduces the new range of its Fullcut Mill FCR insert milling cutters. The monoblock design minimizes vibrations, increases system rigidity and improves process reliability.

The FCR indexable insert milling cutters are available in diameters of 16 to 32 mm and offer variants with two or three indexable inserts. Customers can choose between the standard version and the long-nose version - the latter with a reduced interference contour for more complex milling operations. In addition, the end mills are compatible with HSK-A63 and BDV interfaces for a wide range of applications in various machines.

Compared to conventional solid carbide milling cutters, the FCR offers high performance thanks to its special interface design and replaceable indexable inserts. The special geometry of the indexable inserts results in efficient chip removal for a smooth and burr-free surface.
