Gas pressure workpiece ejector removes workpiece from chip removal medium

Hainbuch is launching the Vario flex gas pressure workpiece ejector, which automatically ejects the machined workpiece from the clamping device. The depth of the workpiece ejector can be adjusted using a clamping mechanism.

Vario flex can also be used as a basic stop for the flushing or air system control connection. To do this, the gas pressure spring is removed and a media supply line is connected. This allows the optional workpiece-specific stop with flushing and air system holes to be mounted directly on the interface.
