CNC machines
New products from various manufacturers
There will be plenty of new products on the Teamtec stand at AMB, for example the powerful Axile G6 high-speed machining center, which is celebrating its premiere in Germany. In addition, the new BMX45 turning center from Biglia for the complete machining of complex bar parts with 45 mm bar capacity.
For anyone looking for a vertical machining center with a long X-travel, Teamtec offers the Newton Big NBT5.25 from Rema Control. Visitors can also find out more about the extensive Teamtec system range. Teamtec CNC Machine Tools has been representing the Italian machine tool manufacturers Biglia and Rema Control in Germany for many years.
Axile machining centers have recently been added to the portfolio. These machines are developed and manufactured by Buffalo, a technology company in Taiwan. They are available to the German market for the first time via Teamtec. The Axile-BAZ G6, designed in gantry construction, is characterized by high speeds and accuracies. The two symmetrically arranged and synchronously running ball screws in the Y-axis ensure a smooth and jerk-free feed movement under load.
Teamtec also has suitable solutions for large milling operations. The 5-axis version Newton Big NBT5.25, with Y and Z travels of 800 mm each, will be presented at AMB as an example of the vertical machining centers from Rema Control, which are available in various sizes. The X-travel is freely definable up to 12,000 mm. The machine can be optionally equipped with a swivel head and several rotary tables. It is also suitable for pendulum operation. The compact BMX45 CNC turning center from Biglia (Fig.) is suitable for the complete machining of complex bar parts up to a diameter of 45 mm and a length of 180 mm. Thanks to the 3-channel control and the counter spindle, which can be moved in the X and Z axes, it is possible to work simultaneously with the turrets on the main spindle and with a rear tool on the counter spindle.
