Clamping systems

Flexible clamping of workpieces

Roemheld is presenting a wide range of flexible workpiece clamping technology at Metav, especially for contract manufacturers and companies that want to automate their production processes. According to the manufacturer, the elements can be quickly adapted to changing production conditions and are suitable for use in pallet stations, for example. The Vario Line machine vice from Hilma with quickly exchangeable jaws and the TS tower clamping system for simultaneous clamping of up to 16 workpieces ensure short set-up times. If components have to be manufactured on different machines, the zero-point clamping systems from Stark are designed to enable convenient and precise handling.

Clamping systems

Both systems for beginners and completely automatable elements such as the double-acting "system 3000" will be on display at Metav. The stand presentation will be rounded off by slim support elements which, according to the manufacturer, hold workpieces even on hard-to-reach surfaces in cavities and recesses, particularly flat lever clamps, eccentric bore clamps for 5-sided machining and wireless pneumatic pressure monitoring for clamping elements. Machine vices from the Hilma Vario Line series are recommended for rapidly changing production tasks and workpiece sizes. They can be quickly adapted to specific requirements by means of numerous parameters and can be used in both vertical and horizontal applications. The quick-change jaws can be changed in seconds with a single movement. A clamping force display is optionally available for stepless and precise clamping force application and control. sw
