Palletizing in the clean room
At Motek, IEF-Werner will be presenting its VarioStack CF "Clean Factory", among other things. The modular palletizing system is suitable for high-precision and automated production processes in clean rooms.
The user can operate the solution with integrated IEF product handling. The compact palletizer can also be loaded with pallet trolleys or conveyor belts as standard. Trays weighing up to 15 kg can thus be fed in and out. While maintaining the fast cycle times, the aspects of particle generation and cleanability have been improved - for example via linear units with a metal belt cover. This protects the linear drive from the ingress of dirt or particles and prevents the release of particles into the environment. This makes the drives suitable for cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 14644-1 from class 1 to 8.
Servo presses
IEF-Werner will also be exhibiting the aiPress servo press series. The flexibly designed systems can be integrated into automated production lines as well as manual workstations. They are available in four sizes from 3 kN and 180 mm jaw width to 100 kN and 360 mm jaw width. The repeat accuracy is just a few µm. IEF-Werner will also be showing a gantry system with the toothed belt axis module 115/25, which can handle pallets or crates weighing up to 40 kg. Strokes of up to 6.5 m can be realized. Components weighing up to 20 g can be moved quickly and precisely with the MiniSpin series with a total cycle time of less than 240 ms.
