Manufacturers of sheet metal processing machines are faced with high demands. The essential requirements are standardized processes with assured quality standards and a high degree of flexibility, i.e. a high degree of individualization. Hezinger Maschinen has mastered this challenge with the help of a sophisticated program.
"Our range of press brakes, round bending machines, guillotine shears, water jet and plasma systems offers a wide selection for industry and trade," says Thomas-Alexander Weber, Managing Director of Hezinger Maschinen. Each machine is offered in different versions and can be further customized via a modular design.
"Different machining methods and individual requirements always present us as machine manufacturers with exciting challenges," says Weber. Regardless of the machine category, Hezinger combines different technologies and concepts in one machine. For example, guillotine-guided guillotine shears are enhanced with oscillating cutting technology or plasma systems with waterjet cutting heads.
Hezinger also focuses on individuality when it comes to handling support. In addition to a manual feed table with recessed smooth-running ball rollers for guillotine shears and press brakes, the company also offers its customers motorized bending aids, high support systems or hydraulic support masts. In addition to simpler processing, these enhancements also ensure gentler handling of the material and therefore greater efficiency.
Individualization does not stop at financing options either. With "Hezinger Finance", Hezinger Maschinen offers its customers an extensive portfolio of different financing options. Payment in installments is just as possible as trade-in of the old machine. "At Hezinger, we always think in terms of customer solutions," says Weber, adding: "In order to always be able to offer our customers the best solution, we can't stand still ourselves, of course. We continuously invest in the training and further education of our employees and in the modernization of our own technical equipment. That's what makes us and our customers so successful."
