Production line for sheet metal processing
One road, three process steps
Arku Maschinenbau exhibited a production line with three machines at Euroblech.
The Edge Breaker 2000 Plus deburring machine deburrs and rounds sheets on both sides, the Flat Master 55 80 precision straightening machine processes them into flat and low-stress sheets, and the Flat Master automatic level control system checks the result. The latter also features the Roller Pickup quick roller change system, which allows straightening rollers and support rollers to be extended and retracted by motor. The integrated Flat Jack control system then checks the flatness of the blanks.
Various functions are also available to the user. For example, crushed or damaged edges can be avoided with Smart Edge technology.
