Under the motto "Celebrate Diversity", participants will experience an inspiring program divided into four topics: "Entrepreneurship", "Leadership", "Career" and "New Work". This year's opening speech at the WomenPower career congress will be given by Dr. Ariane Reinhart, member of the Executive Board of Continental AG. The aim there is to fill 25 percent of all management positions with women by 2025. Two out of five positions on the five-member Executive Board are already held by women, which is a top figure in the DAX.

The program will then begin with around 35 workshops, presentations and discussion panels. Highlights include a panel discussion on the changing world of work with Dina Reit, CEO of SK Laser, and Prof. Barbara Schwarze from the Competence Center for Technology, Diversity and Equal Opportunities.

Other highlights include workshops by Carmen Wegner on the topic of "Networking as a success factor. How to build and maintain a resilient network" and by Jutta Talley, who will explain to participants how women can speak attractively and authentically in podcasts. Kerstin Kahrens and Ina Wiesenthal from Etage.Sieben will show how to achieve greater efficiency and a good working culture.

For many congress participants, the focus is not only on knowledge transfer but also on networking. That is why Deutsche Messe is once again organizing the Networking Night on the evening before the Career Congress. Here, participants and speakers can exchange ideas in a pleasant atmosphere and expand their respective networks.

The complete program is available on the Internet. In addition to lectures, seminars and workshops, WomenPower also offers an accompanying exhibition. This year, more than 20 companies, associations, networks, organizations and trainers will be providing information about career prospects, studies, coaching and mentoring offers as well as other labour policy topics and trends.

A new feature this year is that WomenPower will be organizing a panel on the Industrial Transformation Stage on the Monday of the trade fair, April 17. Judith Wiese, Member of the Executive Board of Siemens AG, Kamila Flidr, Director Material Information, Altair, Lisa Reehten, Management Board Bosch Climate Solutions, Bosch Group, and Dr Frauke Reinders, Head of Sustainability Management IMA, Phoenix Contact, will discuss the topic of decarbonization.
