Wittenstein: New composition of the Supervisory Board
The composition of the Supervisory Board of Wittenstein SE has changed: The 65-year-old graduate engineer Karl-Heinz Streibich, who succeeds the former Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dr. Manfred Biehal, who resigned as planned, is a new member of the six-member board. Mark Farny succeeds Karin Markert, who has left the company, as employee representative.
Former Supervisory Board member Dr. Stefan Reineck was also unanimously elected as the new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Manfred Wittenstein, at the most recent Annual General Meeting.
The new personnel composition:
- Dr.-Ing. E.h. Manfred Wittenstein: Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wittenstein SE, owner of the family-run Wittenstein SE
- Dr. Stefan Reineck: Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wittenstein SE, graduate physicist, Managing Director of RMC Dr. Reineck Management & Consulting GmbH; various advisory and supervisory board positions of listed and unlisted companies, management of own investments, primarily in start-up companies; Chairman of Venture Forum Neckar e.V.
- Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich: Managing Partner of Horváth Akademie GmbH and Professor at EBS University of Business and Law
- Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Karl-Heinz Streibich: Chairman of the Management Board of Software AG; various supervisory board positions at listed and non-listed companies, member of the Executive Committee of the German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media (BITKOM); member of the Executive Committee of acatech - National Academy of Science and Engineering.
