Witte continues to develop

Andreas Mühlbauer,

Introduction of a new brand identity

In 2023, the international technology leader for clamping, positioning and measuring devices Witte Barskamp underwent an extensive transformation and restructuring process.

In addition to a restructuring from the manufacturing principle to process-oriented workflows, such as the establishment of a project management office, a customer center, the creation of 7 independently organized production islands and the use of automated logistics systems, a separate Witte Academy for customers and employees was also established. Fortunately, these measures resulted in significant personnel development and rising sales and EBIT.

In order to make it clear to customers and potential customers that Witte has evolved and taken a new direction, it was decided to make the sharpening of the value proposition visible. Jens Düffert, Managing Partner of Witte, explains the intention behind this: "Our new claim "Enjoy excellent clamping" is intended to demonstrate both continuity and Witte's range of services, but above all to make visible what has always been there. Because with our excellent clamping and measuring systems, the user can feel completely at ease and lean back. "Enjoy excellent clamping" literally reflects our rational and emotional values as well as our trustworthiness. We developed the value proposition with Karsten Klepper and his team after a precise analysis of our range of services and the added value for the target group."
