Symphony Technology Group takes over Winshuttle
Winshuttle Holdings, LLC (Winshuttle), a provider of SAP-centric robotic process automation and data management platforms, has been acquired by Palo Alto, California-based Symphony Technology Group (STG).
STG is a strategic private equity firm with $2 billion in assets under management focused on transforming high-potential companies into clear market leaders. The firm's long-term investment strategy enables companies in the software, data and analytics industries to develop innovative product offerings for high-growth markets.

Winshuttle is a leading provider of enterprise software for data automation and data process management, typically in SAP environments. The software optimizes data accuracy and maximizes productivity for business users working directly with SAP (e.g. Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT) by providing SAP-integrated workflows for data sourcing and validation. Winshuttle employs approximately 300 people at its headquarters in Bothell, Washington, as well as other locations in North America, Germany, the UK, France and India, including additional external employees working worldwide.
