Stefan Brügge becomes new CFO of Itac Software
MES specialist Itac Software has appointed Stefan Brügge to the Management Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from October 1, 2018. The new CFO previously worked for Itac's parent company Dürr as CFO of the Clean Technology Systems division. He has extensive experience in the top management of internationally oriented companies. Together with CEO Peter Bollinger, the financial expert will drive forward the expansion of the company's market position at a global level.
Stefan Brügge will support the company's international growth course as CFO with immediate effect. The graduate economist has already held management positions in energy and technology groups. He has been with the Itac parent company Dürr since 1999 and has been CFO of the Clean Technology Systems division, which specializes in processes for optimizing exhaust air purification and energy efficiency, since 2007.
In his new role, Stefan Brügge will take over the management of the finance division as well as the associated strategic tasks. "I am looking forward to this new role, in which I can work together with my Management Board colleague Peter Bollinger to identify new and forward-looking growth opportunities and tap into business potential," explains Stefan Brügge.
