Change in management
Simufact: CEO Michael Wohlmuth hands over to Dr. Hendrik Schafstall
Michael Wohlmuth, former CEO and Managing Director of Simufact Engineering, has handed over his position to his Co-Managing Director and CTO Dr. Hendrik Schafstall. Michael Wohlmuth will take over the strategic business development of the company as Vice President with immediate effect.
"I am looking forward to this challenging task and would like to thank my partner and friend Michael Wohlmuth for these exciting and eventful 23 years at Simufact Engineering," says Dr. Hendrik Schafstall, CEO and Managing Director. "It fills me with a positive feeling that Michael will continue to strengthen the strategic business development at Simufact Engineering with his profound knowledge and experience as Vice President".
The change at the top management level is also accompanied by a change in sales: Stefan Zimmer, Director Global Sales and Operations, will assume full responsibility for the operational sales business with immediate effect.
Dr. Hendrik Schafstall and Michael Wohlmuth founded Simufact Engineering in 1995. Simufact has been part of the American MSC Software family since 2015. kp
