Siemens cooperates with Hyundai and Kia
Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Corporation (Hyundai and Kia) has announced a new technology partnership with Siemens to accelerate its digital transformation and create a new future of mobility.
Hyundai and Kia selected Siemens as the preferred bidder and strategic partner to deliver the next generation of engineering and product data management via NX software and the Teamcenter portfolio. Siemens is to become a key partner for Hyundai and Kia in the "Future of Mobility" area.
As part of the collaboration, design methods are to be established and customized solutions developed that take into account the life cycle of all automobiles and the associated processes and activities such as production, purchasing and research and development of the partners. In addition to providing the software, Siemens will offer professional and specialized training.
