Schröder takes over SMU
The mechanical engineering company Schröder Group takes over the Leinburg-Weißenbrunn-based tool manufacturer SMU GmbH.
The two companies have been cooperating for many years and are now pooling their expertise to further expand their market position on the German and international sheet metal processing market. The two Bavarian sheet metal processing specialists have already been working together for many years. With the takeover, the Schröder Group is expanding its own know-how and can optimize developments in important additional components for the use of its machines. SMU's specialist knowledge will be of decisive importance when it comes to the integration and new development of machine tools and customer-specific tool requirements.
