Mathias Stendtke, Managing Partner of Pflitsch, is visibly proud as he accepts the award at the gala in Düsseldorf. "It is something very special to be honored here and to distinguish yourself in this high-caliber environment through special entrepreneurial commitment. To meet these demanding criteria and even exceed the expectations of the judges means something. We can be proud of what we have achieved at Pflitsch in recent years and look to the future of our company with confidence. A big thank you goes to our employees, without whom this would not have been possible.

A total of 4,917 companies were nominated nationwide for 2018. Among the 423 outstanding medium-sized companies from the competition region of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Pflitsch Foundation recognized Pflitsch as a finalist.

With 300 employees, the system and solution-oriented technology and service specialist is a competent partner in industrial cable routing. With its cable glands and cable trunking divisions, the medium-sized company specializes in the safe routing and protection of cables and wires.

Shortly before the company's 100th anniversary, the company has recently taken over a new site in the Hückeswagen-Winterhagen industrial area, where a competence center for the rapidly growing cable duct product area will be established in the future. The company headquarters in Ernst-Pflitsch-Straße will remain the company headquarters and competence center for cable glands. To this end, a state-of-the-art automated small parts warehouse with 25,000 storage locations and computer-aided assembly stations was recently put into operation.
