MPDV and Arend: joint MES and Industry 4.0 projects
MPDV Mikrolab and Arend Prozessautomation decide to implement joint MES and Industry 4.0 projects. A shared understanding of production-related IT systems brought MPDV together with Arend in the search for a partner.

The positive expectations have already been confirmed in practice after joint presentations met with great interest from interested manufacturing companies and the first concrete projects are already in the implementation phase. At the joint workshop held by the Industry 4.0 working group of the Trier Chamber of Industry and Commerce at the end of 2017, the ideas presented to the more than 30 manufacturing companies in attendance for the path to the smart factory were also convincing.
