Kabelschlepp roadshow with positive interim results

Now in its fifth year, Kabelschlepp's roadshow bus, which has been converted into a "mobile exhibition stand", comes directly to customers and interested parties - with over 200 products in its luggage. After many visits at home and abroad, one thing is certain: the roadshow mobile is very well received by companies.

"Design engineers are very busy these days and therefore have little time to find out about new products at trade fairs," explains Oliver Obermaier, Vice President Sales & Marketing at Tsubaki Kabelschlepp. "Our approach is therefore actually quite logical: since 2015, we have been bringing our new products to the design engineers." In a relaxed atmosphere, participants can see the products for themselves on site and also discuss individual problems. "The companies benefit from more time for individual consultations while at the same time eliminating travel costs and downtime," says Oliver Obermeier. "This means that all interested parties can find out more - from design engineers and purchasers to the employees who install our chains and cables."

The roadshow vehicle carries a selection of cable carriers in plastic, steel and hybrid versions, Traxline cables and systems for guideway protection, adapted to the respective customer. "This ensures that we always have the relevant product range on board for our existing and potential customers," explains Oliver Obermeier. In other European countries, there is always at least one Kabelschlepp representative or partner who speaks the local language.

In its fifth season, the roadshow started in the UK in April, followed by Spain, the Netherlands and Poland. The roadshow mobile has also been on the road in the south and east of Germany - with a stopover at the careers fair in Olpe, where school leavers were particularly interested thanks to the unusual presentation. Dates are currently planned until October - in DACH and other European countries.
