ifm Management Board expanded
Responsibility for delivery capability
Since 1 July 2023, the ifm Group has had an extended Management Board: Dr. Dirk Kristes, previously Managing Director Operations and member of the central Group Management Board, has taken on the newly created Management Board function of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is responsible for the areas of customer and production logistics, purchasing and prefabrication.
"We are delighted to have Dr. Kristes, such an experienced expert, join the Management Board," says Michael Marhofer, CEO of ifm. Kristes has been working for ifm since 2010 and has held management positions in various areas. As COO, he will ultimately assume responsibility for delivery capability on the Management Board. With the addition to the Management Board, the company believes it is well equipped for the future.
Measure, control, regulate and evaluate
The company develops and produces sensors, controllers, software and systems for industrial automation as well as SAP-based solutions for supply chain management and store floor integration. ifm develops and implements holistic solutions for the digitalization of the entire value chain.
