Retaining system for cables and protective conduits

Dynamic energy supply for robots

Murrplastik has developed the easy-to-install FHS mounting system for attaching cables, wires and protective conduits to robots for dynamic energy supply. It adapts flexibly to any type of robot.

Holds securely, always and everywhere. Murrplastik's FHS robot holding system for cables, wires and protective conduits.

The modular holder system is optimally adapted to smaller robot systems for collaborative work. It offers a secure hold even on conical or straight surfaces, corner edges and different surfaces, profiles and diameters.

It consists of two different base bodies plus a Velcro strip in different lengths and can be used for three different types of fastening FHS-SH, FHS-UHE and FHS-C.

The variant with system holder (FHS-SH) is suitable for guiding and stabilizing small energy supply systems and for low to medium travel speeds as well as for sliding or fixed installation on the cable protection conduit. The FHS-SH is particularly recommended for energy supply systems as original equipment and for retrofitting.

FHS-UHE, with one-piece universal holder, not only enables simple and safe cable protection installation or removal, but also quick and easy retrofitting. With the one-piece, captive locking clip, protective conduits can be replaced with a single click. The FHS-UHE is particularly suitable for preventing axial displacement of the protective conduit within dynamic and lightweight applications.

With the FHS-C flexible holder system with hook-and-loop tape, the non-slip hook-and-loop tape is used to attach the cables, wires and protective conduits directly, securely and gently to the robot arm. As the company has included different lengths of hook and loop tape in its portfolio for different robot types, the system is infinitely variable for different robot arm diameters as well as for cables, wires and protective conduits. kp
