Engine Configurator 2.0 goes live

Heidrive presents the Motor Configurator 2.0 in Nuremberg. With the clearly structured 3D tool, users can quickly configure drives online and according to their individual requirements. It is scheduled to go live in November, just in time for SPS 2023. The 3D Online Configurator 2.0 is designed to help users find their drive solution easily and conveniently. To this end, the provider has designed the tool to be user-friendly and intuitive. The existing configurator has been further optimized and the range of motors has been expanded with additional options. The user benefit: the inquiry starts directly from the tool and immediately produces a 3D view with all the important information.
With decades of experience, the Heidrive drive specialists have developed a modular motor system that covers a wide range of millions of motor variants for almost all areas of application and industries. This modular drive technology system forms the basis of the motor configurator, which can be used to put together the right drive solution with just a few clicks. It is based on the three Heimotion motor series, which the manufacturer has optimized for different areas of application. The series are available with flange sizes from 40 to 190 mm and generate an output power of 50 W to 14 kW. This makes them the heart of the modular configurator and they can be individually combined with control electronics, different gearboxes, brakes, connections, encoders and other options depending on the application.
