Three versions
New control system for electric lifting columns
RK Rose+Krieger has revised its control system to match the Multilift II lifting column series. The result is the new MultiControl II, which is available as a "duo" or "quadro" version in three versions: Basic, Premium and Premium Customized.
With the new MultiControl II, Rose+Krieger wants to fulfill its customers' wishes for economical, networkable drive controls that can be used worldwide. Even the basic version has software functions such as dynamic duty cycle calculation, temperature monitoring and visual status indication. In conjunction with the new handset with six function keys and graphics-capable display, the user can enter stroke limits and memory positions as well as change or set the stroke display or base height. The current consumption of the drives and the error history can also be viewed via the handset. The parameter settings of one system can be transferred to other systems using the hand control. The customer can also integrate installation instructions in the end customer's national language or websites via QR code.
The premium version of the MultiControl II duo has additional software functions developed by RK Rose+Krieger: the integrated collision detection "Smart Product Protection (SPP)" as well as absolute and relative positioning. The "Absolute Positioning" software function allows the precise approach of a previously defined position in relation to the entire adjustment range. The "Relative positioning" function allows step-by-step movement in relation to the current position of the drive. The integrated collision detection detects obstacles in the upward and downward movement - regardless of loads and other environmental parameters - and stops in good time to protect the product. The customer sets the sensitivity of the system according to their requirements.
In addition to these premium functions, the MultiControl II quadro has drive group management. This makes it possible to define two independent groups of different drive types and to move them separately, in parallel or synchronously. On request, RK Rose+Krieger also offers the MultiControl II with customer-specific programming - as a Premium Customized variant. as
