Set bolts safely
The Expert lifting and turning unit from mechanical engineering specialist Tünkers has established itself as a solution for setting bolts on vehicle bodies. The basis for this is the operating equipment with Expert roller drive, which is used for both the lifting column and the integrated rotary units.
More and more add-on parts, covers, cladding and caps are paving the underbody of the vehicle body. For accessibility reasons, it is necessary to rotate the body so that these bolts can ideally be attached from above or from the side. This installation, also known as the "grill station", can not only be carried out quickly with the Expert lifting and turning unit in the production cycle, but also extremely safely due to the temporary deployment of workers. cs
