The NSA couplings are available in different material variants: nickel-plated brass, stainless steel or anodized aluminium. The latter are used, among other things, for thermal management in the cooling of mainframe computers and units in mining, rail and commercial vehicles. These applications require uniform cooling, as overheating of the devices can lead to malfunctions or failures. Cooling with water or other liquids is preferable to temperature control via the air flow, as it is significantly quieter and requires less installation space.

Parker'sNSA couplings connect cooling elements and pipes in thermal management applications. Due to the low pressure drop of NSA coupling systems, they save energy while ensuring optimum system performance. Thanks to their small size and light weight compared to competing technologies, they can be used in very small areas and tight installation spaces.

The flat seal valve design characterizes the entire NSA product range. It enables quick coupling and uncoupling before starting maintenance work and prevents coolant from leaking from electronic components or batteries. In addition, the maintenance effort is also significantly reduced.

All NSA couplings are designed for durability and are resistant to vibration and rotational movement - an important requirement for transportation applications. Parker NSA connection couplings are available in a wide range of different sizes (3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 19 and 25 mm) and can therefore be used in various cooling circuit applications.
