At Motek, ANT will be presenting the new generation of EMC electromechanical cylinders for the first time, which will now be added to the screw jack range.
The electromechanical cylinders of the EMC series in the ANT Antriebstechnik portfolio combine the advantages of slimline cylinders with the benefits of the digital control options of electric drives. The manufacturer refers to high positioning accuracy and dynamics. In many cases, they are designed to reduce cycle times and improve the flexibility of manufacturing or assembly processes.
Thanks to their compact design, the ready-to-install drive units are also suitable for use in confined spaces. They consist of anodized aluminium profiles in standard ISO dimensions and integrated high-precision ball screws with various diameters and lead combinations. They achieve variable length strokes of up to 1,500 millimetres.
At Motek, ANT is now presenting the next generation of EMC electromechanical cylinders for the first time, which now complement the linear actuator range. The drive units have been optimized according to the principles of hygienic design. As the new EMC cylinders are also designed to meet the IP65 splash water protection class, they are ideal for applications in production, packaging and assembly systems in the food industry. as
