For high torques and short machine cycles
Hollow shaft rotary tables from Oriental Motor's DGII series are powerful and easy to install. The actuators are now also available in combination with the AZX series servomotors.
The new drive system achieves high torques in the upper speed range. The new rotating actuators in the DGII series combine a hollow-shaft rotary table with a high-torque servo motor. The combination is characterized by a repeat accuracy of ±15 angular seconds thanks to the battery-free mechanical absolute encoder. The absolute encoder also enables the drive to move quickly to the home position, so that machine cycles are shortened by using the hollow shaft rotary table. The AZX servomotors are supplied with a driver with fieldbus (EtherCAT, Profinet or EtherNet/IP). Their programming is simplified by the free MEXE02 parameterization software from Oriental Motor.
