Festo sales under new management

Jörg Kipper took over sole management of Festo Vertrieb, responsible for sales of Festo automation products in Germany, on February 1, 2019.

Kipper brings experience from various sales functions to his new role. After working as a project consultant and site manager, he managed the German customer service organization for several years. Later, as regional sales manager, he was responsible for the important Baden-Württemberg region. He then successfully built up the key account business at Festo USA. Back in Germany, he was in charge of sales management within the sales company until his move to the management board.

The previous Managing Director Frank Notz moved to Festo AG as Chief Human Resources Officer on February 1, 2019. He is the successor to Alfred Goll, who retired. Jörg Kipper's successor as Sales Manager of the German sales company is Axel Schümann. Schümann held responsible positions in Festo national companies for several years. Most recently, as Sales Manager, he was responsible for sales activities in the national companies in Italy and Greece. as
