Pöppelmann reorganizes management

Pöppelmann is set for a change in management: Bernd Moormann will join the management board on July 1, 2026. At the same time, Matthias Lesch will leave the management board and the company by mutual agreement after 24 years with the company.

The Pöppelmann Group is set for a change in management: Bernd Moormann will join the management board on July 1, 2026. The 45-year-old mechanical and industrial engineer has been with the company since 2017 and was most recently responsible for automotive activities as well as Group-wide supply chain management and the Technology and Service division as Division Manager of the K-Tech division. Moormann will lead the group of companies together with the current Managing Directors Norbert Nobbe and Christian Schwarck.

Matthias Lesch will leave the Management Board and the company on June 30, 2026. The Advisory Board and Matthias Lesch have mutually agreed on this.

At the same time, Matthias Lesch is leaving the company: He will leave the management and the company by mutual agreement on June 30, 2026. Lesch has worked for Pöppelmann since 2001 and has shaped the company in various roles over more than two decades - from internationalization to marketing and innovation to the circular economy.

Partner and Advisory Board Chairwoman Catherin Vitale paid tribute to his commitment: he had made a significant contribution to the company's success for 24 years and we wish him all the best for the next stage of his life. Lesch himself looks back on his time at Pöppelmann with gratitude - he is convinced that the company will continue to be successful in the future thanks to its people.

The shareholders emphasize that Pöppelmann is well equipped for the future with its new structure. Responsibilities are clearly allocated and the company intends to continue along its chosen path as a family business.
