Customized gearbox solutions
At Automatica, SPN Schwaben Präzision will be showcasing various gearbox solutions from the fields of robotics and automation.
The solutions will be complemented by a measuring stand with information for field test monitoring with SPN-Drive Monitoring. Visitors can also expect some technical insights into gearing technology. Specifically for the robotics sector, SPN will be showing the public the advantages in terms of torsional backlash, rigidity and individual installation space optimizations that the gear and drive solutions offer.
The exhibits will include a manual axis for articulated robots, a spur planetary gearbox combination for an earth drilling screwdriver and a swivel unit for automation solutions. The trade fair exhibits will be supplemented by an innovative solution for precise, cost-efficient torque monitoring in gearboxes with an interactive, understandable and illustrative model that can be tried out directly on site.
