Travel and steering drives from SPN Schwaben Präzision offer high flexibility and quality and are tailored to the requirements of manufacturers of driverless transport systems.
Now, for the first time, the company has presented a drive-steering drive for omnidirectional driving applications that can be used in various intralogistics applications. From driverless transport systems to driverless forklift trucks, there are no limits to the driving tasks. As an Eco-line, they are particularly interesting for cost-optimized drive systems. The basis for a technically powerful and economically efficient implementation of the new travel drive is access to a wide range of proven system components. Building on this, SPN Schwaben Präzision has now developed a drive system that is able to combine quality with a long service life and keep time and costs to a minimum.
SPN's expertise in gearing and gear design offers customers the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge gained from its development work. SPN develops gearbox solutions for industries as diverse as transportation systems, mechanical and plant engineering, automation and robotics, packaging systems, energy and medical technology. The Eco-line gearbox meets high demands in terms of small size, omni-directional mobility of the wheel and a wheel load of up to 1.5 tons per wheel.
