Plastic welding system
Welding components made of polymer materials
With the Exact Weld 230 P plastic welding system from Coherent, small to medium-sized components made of polymer materials can be welded without particles.
A diode laser with a galvo scanner, which enables quasi-simultaneous welding of complex contours in a processing area of up to 420 mm x 200 mm, forms the core of the plastic welding system. Laser wavelengths and power classes can be adapted to the material. A servo-controlled clamping device provides the necessary hold for the components; a turntable speeds up the loading and unloading of components.
An optional image processing system for quality assurance as well as software and automation solutions are available.
