The K-ARC Basic Single from Kawasaki Robotics is a complete, turnkey arc welding robot solution. Once the cell has been set up, no further assembly work is required. It is suitable for MIG and MAG welding and is based on a Kawasaki Robotics BA006N arc welding robot. The cell is available with welding equipment from many manufacturers. The Kawasaki Robotics Cubic-S safety module, a wear parts package and a Siegmund starter kit are included in the scope of delivery. Further options are available as required. The K-ARC Basic is robust, flexible to use and easy to operate. Programming and handling the cell can be learned within a few hours.

With the 3D simulation tool K-Virtual, Kawasaki Robotics also offers a new software solution for efficient system construction, practical robot simulations and convenient offline programming. K-Virtual is available in several editions - from Basic to Expert - and is optimized for a wide range of applications such as arc welding. This enables companies to fully utilize the performance of their Kawasaki robots within individual automation solutions. The simulation tool is based on Cenit's Fastsuite Edition 2 technology and is optimized for use with Kawasaki robots and equipment.
