Cutting solutions in 2D and 3D
Microstep showed 2D and 3D cutting solutions in action on sheet metal, tubes, profiles and container bases, including bevel cutting with plasma or waterjet and dynamic fiber laser cutting, as well as drilling, milling and marking demonstrations.
Microstep also demonstrated the Cyber Fab Manager in Essen. The Capp software suite offers a portal for production management; production can be managed under one roof - including cutting, bending, deburring, welding and logistics between different workstations. There were also exhibitions covering 3D cutting using a laser rotator or oxyfuel rotator.
