With functions such as "Adaptive Position Regulation", the welding process can be precisely controlled to achieve higher spot weld quality. This approach combines electrical and mechanical process variables and enables a significant improvement in welding quality for different materials and material combinations. In addition, the controller offers IoT capabilities and enables the use of data for predictive maintenance or process optimization using machine learning. The PRC7000 has been specifically designed to be energy-efficient and requires around 60% less energy than the previous generation in standby mode, for example.
